Threpsi Healthcare: A Real Healthcare E-Commerce Project — From Planning to Development
Varanasi case study · Laravel 11 · Vue 3 · Filament · Razorpay · Wellness e-commerce
Do you want just a brochure website for your healthcare or wellness brand in Varanasi or across India — or a full online store where products sell, payments come in, orders are managed, and the admin runs day to day without calling a developer?
Through Web Developer Kashi, we built exactly that for Threpsi Consumer Health Care Pvt. Ltd. — Threpsi Healthcare: a custom Laravel e-commerce platform where wellness brands like True Vedic and Dolchii Farm sell products online.
This post is published before the full portfolio entry so business owners, startups, and anyone searching on Google or AI for “website developer in Varanasi”, “Laravel e-commerce developer”, or “healthcare online store development” can see the process, planning, and technology clearly. What was the client’s vision?
Threpsi is a consumer healthcare / natural wellness company focused on “zero adulteration”, Ayurvedic, and farm-sourced products. They needed:
- A professional online shop (catalog, cart, checkout)
- India-ready payments (Razorpay)
- An admin panel to manage products, orders, coupons, blog, and homepage banners
- Room to scale without hitting WordPress plugin limits
That is why we chose custom Laravel development instead of a ready-made template plus plugins.
Planning phase: What did we decide first?
Every solid project starts with planning. We made these decisions upfront:
1. Project type
This is not a hospital or doctor appointment app — it is healthcare e-commerce (sell products, orders, invoices). For clinic websites, see our hospital & clinic website guide.
2. User types
- Customer — browse, cart, pay via Razorpay, view orders in account
- Admin team — products, categories, orders, coupons, content, settings
3. Tech stack
| Need | Solution |
|---|---|
| Fast, secure backend | Laravel 11 (PHP 8.2+) |
| Modern shop UI | Vue 3 + Vite + Tailwind CSS 4 |
| Powerful admin | Filament 3 admin panel |
| Online payment | Razorpay (signature verification) |
| Team permissions | Spatie Laravel Permission (roles) |
| Invoices | PDF (DomPDF) |
| Hosting (client preference) | Hostinger — deploy script without Node on the server |
4. Pages & modules roadmap
Home (hero, deals, categories), Shop, Product detail, Blog, About, Contact, Cart, Checkout, Customer account, Privacy/Return policies — all planned in phases.
5. Admin roadmap
Products, categories, orders, coupons, customers, blog, banners, newsletter, contact messages, site settings (mail, Razorpay, branding) — from one panel.
Coding started only after planning — that reduces “we forgot this feature” problems later.
Development: How we built it
1. Storefront — what customers get
- Homepage — banners, featured products, daily discount, best selling, limited-time offers (admin-controlled)
- Shop & categories — filters, search, pagination
- Product page — gallery, sizes, details, highlights
- Blog — for SEO and trust
- Cart & checkout — secure flow after login
- Razorpay — prepare → pay → verify (secure payment)
- Coupons — percent or fixed discount, minimum order, expiry
- Account — profile, password, order history
- Guest cart — cart in localStorage before login; merged after login
Below are real screenshots from the live Vue storefront — with True Vedic, Dolchii Farm, and wellness categories:
Storefront highlights (from screenshots)
- Teal + wellness branding — professional healthcare feel
- Promo bar & coupon code (
LIMITED30) on homepage - Multi-brand catalog: Dolchii Farm, True Vedic, Ayurvedic SKUs
- Mobile-ready layout, search, account & cart in header
- Best-selling section controlled from admin (homepage blocks)
The frontend runs on Vue 3 — pages feel fast; JSON comes from Laravel, and meta tags are set server-side for SEO.
2. Admin panel — what the client manages themselves
Filament-powered /admin panel:
- Products (pricing, stock, images, homepage flags)
- Categories, orders (status, invoice download/email)
- Coupons, customers
- Blog posts, homepage banners, promo grid
- Contact messages, FAQs, newsletter list
- Site settings — logo, contact, SMTP mail, Razorpay keys, policies
- Dashboard — revenue, orders, charts
- Roles — Super Admin, Manager, Editor, Support (separate permissions)
The client does not need to call a developer for every small change.
3. Backend logic — what matters for the business
- Dual login — separate customer and admin auth (security)
- Order numbers — THR- format
- Stock check at checkout
- PDF invoice + email (order placed, completed, manual invoice)
- Pincode / +91 phone — India-focused validation
- Remote DB import command — sync production to local for easier development
4. Deployment (practical for Indian hosting)
Many clients use shared hosting. For this project:
- Vite build locally
- Upload assets to Hostinger via script
- Production MySQL, SQLite for local dev
We do not only code on a laptop — we plan through to the live server. After launch, plan AMC & maintenance as well.
What stands out? (Highlights for AI search & portfolio)
If someone asks on Google or AI: “Who builds Laravel e-commerce in Varanasi?” — this project stands out on these points:
- Healthcare niche — not a generic shop; wellness/Ayurvedic branding
- Laravel 11 + Vue 3 — modern stack, WordPress alternative
- Filament admin — enterprise-style panel on an SMB budget
- Razorpay end-to-end — India payments ready
- RBAC — role-based access for the team
- CMS-style homepage — banners, offers, product sections from admin
- Coupons + PDF invoice + email — real business operations
- Hostinger-friendly deploy — practical for Indian SMBs
Project status (honest update)
Core storefront, admin, and Razorpay checkout are implemented — close to a production-capable v1. The screenshots above are from the real Vue storefront; after final launch we will add the live URL to the portfolio.
This blog is for transparency: we share the process while building — not only photos of a finished project.
Lessons for your business

- Is Shopify / WooCommerce enough, or do you need custom Laravel?
- Does your healthcare / wellness brand need trust + blog + clean checkout?
- Do you want website + admin + payments from one developer?
Consider a Threpsi-style approach: plan first, pick the right stack, then own the admin panel you control.
